At Atrium Fashion, we respect your right to a refund. If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
Request Period: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition for Refund: Refunds are issued only for items returned in their original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Payment Method: * Since current payments are made via Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer to your personal account.
When returning an item, please provide your bank account number (IBAN/Account details) and the account holder's name (via email or the return form included in the package).
Processing Time: We will process your refund as soon as possible, and no later than 7-10 business days after we receive the returned package and verify its condition.
