Complaints & Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the ordered product or if the size does not fit, Atrium Fashion provides a simple and efficient complaints process.

1. Size or Item Exchange

If the size is not right, you can exchange the item for a different size or another model within 14 days of receiving your package. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and must include the original tags and packaging.

2. Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your bank account.

Note: Shipping costs for standard exchanges or withdrawals are covered by the customer. In the event that the product arrived damaged or the wrong model was sent, Atrium Fashion will cover all shipping and handling costs.
